I like the reporting system. It helps my team to improve our deadlines timing by not worrying about statistical dimensions and using our time on the qualitative analysis instead of spending it on graphs and measures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform's interface can confuse newcomers, especially when building surveys. Too much information per page can be overwhelming, and navigating the preview with colleagues can be challenging. Downloading reports also presents a problem, as lengthy category sentences cause graph legends to overlap and become unreadable. To improve, simplify the interface, provide more explicit instructions, and break down the survey-building process. Improve survey previews with intuitive navigation and progress indicators. Address the issue of overlapping graph legends by implementing responsive design principles. These changes will enhance usability and make the platform more user-friendly. I like that I can share drafts with clients to click around in effortlessly. They do not need an account or anything like that. I like the reporting that Alchemer has, it is easy to monitor results and share those with clients. Alchemer is a good tool, but i feel like you need to have some good experience to use it. It isnt super intutitve. I wish the reporing was a bit better. It would be nice to have a report dashboard that we can share without using licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Alchemer allows our company to accomplish key objectives at a much lower cost than others that are perhaps better known in the arena, The platform also allows for a mostly unlimited number of responses which takes away the anxiety about counts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Alchemer is a simple to use streamlined survey platform with a great UI. We have been using Alchemer for multiple years and I am a daily user. It has all the basic features needed in a survey system and I can program a survey in a few hours. We use it to email out screeners and to recruit for Focus GRoups as well as for quantitative studies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
