We are a small organisation that builds bespoke surveys for each project (around 15 - 20 or so per week). The ease and speed of putting these surveys is excellent. We used a different platform before and have been delighted with the positive differences between the two - we would NEVER go back! We spent several weeks researching and trying various platforms and Survey Gizmo was the front runner by a significant margin. The location of their server within the EA was another positive with regard to GDPR/Data Protection. We have found the support team to be responsive when we have needed help, again this is in direct contrast with our previous provider. There have been very few things we don't like. the main one has been a design issue with regard to the GDPR Consent statement/ tick box. We have received emails on a regular basis about whichever survey not proceeding past a certain point, which is always the question prior to the Consent statement/tick box - the tick box is not obvious enough and the format/design can't be altered by the user as it is an inbuilt part of every survey. I had the pleasure of attending a conference in Boulder. The conference was well organized and really help me as a new user. What I liked the most was the option for one on one training. It allowed me to ask tons of questions and take notes at my pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
