I really did enjoy using this service. At my former job I use to use this as a way to capture families and student's opinions after our major even's on campus. An experience with a study, was that a system error occurred in the study and the delay of the support to solve it, caused the real-time data collection and analytical advertising to be frustrated.

This tool is very easy to set up, learn and use, as its interface is user-friendly and visually appealing. It allows us to export survey results in many formats so it can be interpreted for different software. There's not such thing as an option to automatically encrypt your survey, so it has to be done manually. However, If you decide to encrypt a survey, then you can't search any keyword on the searcher. Also, SurveyGizmo allows you to create a model of a survey, but you can't work with this same model. Instead, you would have to work on it again to keep the same model.
