SurveyGizmo is great because it offers a variety of survey design tools as well as different options for publishing the survey; it allows users to publish the survey via a landing page, embedding within a site, or on social media. Survey Gizmo is fast and accurate. I've created numerous survey's and viewing my results via an export to Excel allows me to sort and drill down to the exact information that I'm looking for. I'm not certain how to utilize all the numerous features and question types. I'd love a tutorial section. Maybe it's there and I haven't run across it yet!? The survey styles and customization help us maintain our image and branding; the ability to add photos, images, videos, etc.; the flawless structure of question types allowing data to be collected accurately; and the many types of reporting data with options to customize. A little more control of how the reports look with condensing the size of charts and fonts especially when highlighting key data. The tool is not extremely difficult to use but some tasks are a bit clunky or you need to know a fair amount of code to use. The ease of use for creators and participants. I would create a different access code for specific events to collect data about people who came to my booth. Once a participant submitted their information, it would also immediately refresh for a new survey. All the information would connect to my Salesforce platform. I haven't found anything I super disliked that would make me look for another company. I would love to see SurveyGizmo add a feature when you type in your question it suggests the type of question and auto populates. SurveyGizmo we are using it in our organization for various surveys like Organization improvement, People feedback, management improvements. It provided a variety of questions and good data to accurate the survey result which helps for improvement. SurveyGizmo interface is easy to navigate and understand the clarity of the survey.
