I love their customer support and the ease of use of the software. We have had to program hundreds of surveys and many of them have very complicated skip patterns and logic. Surveygizmo has some of the easiest to understand analysis that survey softwares out there provide based on the data that a company collects. The building of surveys, although time consuming, is pretty straightforward and there are not many survey management issues. I think that survey gizmo needs two main things: A more visually appealing data reporting interface. I think that the best thing about surveygizmo is that it has some great data analysis features for users after they have gathered their data. I think that survey gizmo needs to add templates to decrease the survey creation time more. Because surveys have to be designed completely from scratch in most situations, it is often a hassle, and simple questions that should already be in a template have to be created from scratch.
