Survey Gizmo is the main pollster of my university,we use it for conferences, seminars and evaluation of directive elections, also for study consent forms. I have approximately three years workings with Survey Gizmo and I have been able to observe innovative improvements to the website, It also integrates very well with Salesforce and Google Sheets, the reports are very good since it allows most people to see images of the data this it makes it easier to understand. I have been able to observe that in the last years Survey Gizmo has gone trough a very progressive increase in price, this affects negatively to users, it has different price levels depending on how the user licenses is, but if you want to work and having the best Survey Gizmo is the been option, other things that users dislike is customer service although it is very good when solving problems has become a more rigorous process since it is very good when solving problems has become a more rigorous process since it is long this sometimes makes miss valuable time or even a whole day, I would like customer service to be faster and more direct with the staff in charge. I have used it to collect data and i like that i can have control over them in real time, it is my second option when it comes to surveying clients in my work area or patients for my degree work I can say that it works very well, the support meets my expectations and has solved problems I want to put together my online survey.

It is also a powerful tool when using it for training and adding quality questions and answers to get answers to exams, it is interesting because i can easily fail and pass my students.

Price have increased considerably so i used it as my second option, the last time i wanted to prepare three surveys they charged me a really high amount when i asked why they had increased the prices did not answer me.

Anyone can hardly find any limitation in this tool, highly user friendly tool and great user experience. I have never seen and used tool like survey gizmo for conducting survey, it is very much simple to use and you need no training to conduct a survey and publish a survey, the forms design and colour combination also superb.
