Limited capabilities. Gizmo just cannot do basic survey logic or piping and has terrible quota controls, that can botch a project with guaranteed incentives quickly. Also, the reporting and dashboard capabilitiies are also so basic that you cannot easily review and glean insights from your survey data without additional resources. The support team comes first. It seems that they are not interested in solving a problem, even if it was a small problem. I don't know if I was alone, but I never resolve an issue with them. Another thing that bothers me is the price increase. Ok, I know I just said that the price is cheaper than Qualtrics, but it should be more accessible for the wallet. Surveygizmo is straightforward to use it and has excellent automation features, such as filtering replies to new questions, submitting response-based emails / notifications. You may also use your HTML (header, definition, etc) to configure the format of each query. I prefer the partly constructive response summary feature, then access an export and submit a confirmation campaign to finish the replies, which is very helpful for lengthy questionnaires. Pricing plans of the product. We used to be much more accessible, but about a year later we decided to move more into the commercial area and locked most of the functions for $1000 every year under more costly packages, while the competition is available for $400 a year. Users just don't get to delete the logos of the program from your questionnaire or change the designs of your queries if you spend something such as $300 for a basic account.
