I wish there were a calendar tool to better visualize/track active projects. From a contractual perspective, Survey Gizmo has radically increased its pricing structure/account types, which made it financially attractive for us to move out of several active accounts. We had to drastically reduce our users, and our executives considered giving up SG entirely. Writing reviews in a scenario like this is great, they are planned everywhere and organized according to different classifications, it's about choosing the one that suits you best and adapting it to your needs. I appreciate SurveyGizmo to make surveys with various kinds of questions very simple to use. It also provides a number of excellent tools for analyzing the data received. It is therefore good that a color scheme for surveys for external customers can be labeled and applied. Users may produce your own themes that can match your business product and you are not restricted to a pre-set selection of subjects and colors unlike many tools. The platform is very easy to use. From programming to reporting, even a beginner programmer would be able to make a very complete survey and feel confident. Reporting is also very easy. The Word import tool does not work as well as I would like. Maybe this is just my surveys (I write a lot), but I always have to go back and check everything. So it's easier for me NOT to use this. SurveyGizmo is a simple-to-use tool and it's straightforward to use. I may select from and individualize multiple built-in models. It has many. It is straightforward and efficient to build surveys, review responses and make the necessary changes. The method is comprehensive and understandable. The team can also submit marketing emails to inspectors, use various devices and customize my questionnaire to the specifications. Even though it functions well and includes several models, it would also be good to build and import my layout into the application. It'd also be pleasant to be allowed to send an email with unique models and a connection to the questionnaire. A further issue that concerns me is that after I have obtained the answers, I may not alter them. Occasionally users enter a clear field where they are backed up to one rectangle, and most of their knowledge is lost and it might take time to do it properly. I love that there are no limits on the number of completed surveys you can do with your license. This makes using SG affordable for our not-for-profit in-house research team of two. The online documentation is excellent. 95% of the time you can find detailed answers to any questions or stumbling blocks in their online documentation. When you cannot, the help team is quick to respond; you have the choice of calling in (for fast turn around) or sending an email (which usually is answered within 1 business day, if not faster).
