It’s surprisingly powerful. I find myself using the advanced features very often like scripting and webhooks. Often times it seems as though SG is its own plug-and-play development environment with the amount of both server-side and client-side capabilities to really make your projects flexible and customized.

Additionally there is a plethora of integrations with other platforms that make it invaluable.

Forms look great by default and are mobile responsive so it takes out the heavy lifting when creating forms.

I wish there was a chat option to contact Support, escalated issues don’t get addressed as quickly as I would like especially urgent issues.

I tend to find a lot of annoying little bugs that make simple tasks much harder to do. So this takes away from the user friendliness of the platform. While it might be intuitive and easy to understand, it’s not always easy to use due to these glitches.

I use SG within my company but also as a consultant. My clients take in thousands of responses. Sometimes when shifting through my data I notice oddities with response data which increase as the number of responses increase, and it leaves me with a bit of doubt on the integrity of the data. Additionally surveys with lots of data or large surveys seem to put some unwanted stress on its servers.

SurveyGizmo provides a variety of approaches and options for enquiries. The variety of designs and types compares remarkably with the business. These resources provide us with resources that we use to better perform a survey and find knowledge regularly, suggestions, but then posts about goods , facilities, or improvements that might be important and our company. There have been some important technologies which need scripting, and they're always very useful and quick to seek a support solutions. SurveyGizmo has top of the line survey functionality that is intuitive to use and allows users to create virtually any question type for surveys. As well, the software allows users to create assessments/quizzes that can be automatically timed (and cut off the assessment after a certain time allotment) as well as auto-grade the assessment. What I loved the most about SurveyGizmo is their customizable survey, which allows the users to set up their surveys exactly as they wish. The survey's results are also good, SurveyGizmo arranges the results in the form of a chart or diagram which helps the users to understand the results better and will simplify the user's reporting tasks. There are a bunch of beautiful templates available in this tool. The website application is also easy to use, it has a simple design and interface without losing its features. It's not cheap, and it is quite hard to collaborate with my team, we use this tool as a team to work on our projects but sometimes we couldn't access our accounts, and sometimes other problems arise. Logic flows. I love that I have the ability to build a form with the end in mind and it is dynamic. This helps me create a feedback loop that does not make people bored or frustrated to give critical feedback. Also, being able to save individual components for reuse is ingenious. SurveyGizmo is really easy to learn and quite powerful. I have yet to find a feature (filer, action, etc.) that I would like to implement in a survey that they A) do not provide as a standard feature or B) could not get a solution from their customer support to do make the survey behave exactly as I would like it to. There are some advanced feature that need coding, but their customer support is always very helpfull and fast to find a solution for your need.
