The easy to use ready made templates helps a user to create multiple surveys in few minutes. To add more, the tool provides with an option to add questions of various categories such as multiple choice, rating, choose and match, etc.
The tool also provides a ready made reporting option where you will not have to spend time identifying and clearing data to create reports. The added feature of word cloud is something new and fascinating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Creating survey is quite simple on the desktop/laptop but doing the same on the phone is quite challenging. The other drawback is password protection option can be a challenge when uploading spreadsheets with pre-populated data. Follow up on the survey or linking one survey to another can also be a great option if you like to enhance the survey experience. For instance, if I want to continue the survey over a period of time with the same users, I should be able to map them exclusively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
