I love how easy it is to create surveys and duplicate surveys if you need to make minor changes and not have to start from scratch each time. It's also really helpful to be able to use the email campaign feature that sends out the survey, has a follow-up email, and thank you email with recommendations on how to phrase the invites / follow-ups. Sometimes when I have exclusion criteria it doesn't always hold over from one question to the next. I am not sure if there is a simpler way to do this, but usually I have to always double check that I have selected a question as being required or if someone has to keep answering questions after some might be concluded, I have to be really careful that the right people are seeing the following questions and not those that were excluded. Survey Gizmo is a robust and very versatile survey application. Surveys can be created with a level of professional sophistication that can meet most needs. The interface is simple enough to also make survey creation, distribution and data review easily as well. The reports are also customizable and full featured. For a time we were looking for a survey platform to replace the one we had in use. Initially we proposed several requirements:

1) It should be a platform that offered benefits that were superior to those of the platform in use.

2) It had to offer all the types of questions used in the platform in use.

2) Due to the characteristics of our processes, it was imperative that the data could be exported in Spss format.

3) The design of the survey templates should be customizable and modern in design.

We tried different options but finally at Surveygizmo we found a solution that met all our needs.

Surveygizmo is very easy to use, our staff was able to adapt very quickly to Surveygizmo's work philosophy, as it is a very intuitive platform. In comparison, our old platform was much more complex, that is, Surveygizmo solves many of the needs in a simple and efficient way, this has allowed us to save time in the programming of surveys.

It includes new types of questions, which facilitate data collection, giving dynamism to the user experience that answers the survey.

It has an excellent reporting module, fully customizable, it allows you to apply filters and crossings with other questions, it includes different graphics and a word cloud for open questions. The reports are exportable in PDF, PPT, Excel and Word formats. This has also contributed to the optimization of resources, both on time and on staff, since the reports save traditional processing time (off line).

In general, we do not see failures or mistakes in Surveygizmo. The platform exceeded our expectations, although we see that it would be very good if the platform had the possibility to configure the menu and help in other languages, since the use of the system in the native language facilitates capicitation and use. What I like best about Survey Gizmo is it's great for executing Ryan Levesque's Ask Method deep dive survey. You can ask open ended questions, multiple choice questions, have all questions appear on the same page, separate questions into separate pages, pick from a variety of templates, and get a URL to share your survey via email and social media easily. Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. I wish there were more templates. But besides that it is the most complete survey tool I've used. It does take some time learning it. However, it is not difficult to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use surveys a lot for may clients. When we stumbled across SurveyGizmo, it is because we needed complex logic for data analyses. We have now moved many of our clients to this solution. From the user experience, to the complex functionality, this solution is perfect. The only downside is that it is very expensive for not for profits on limited budgets. It is cost prohibitive for many, which is a shame. Apart from the cost, I will vey happily recommend this product as a 10/10. Love it!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
