The built-in logic is excellent, we build out all of our surveys using Alchemer. The logic helps with all the different scenarios we have for dealerships from product selection to management systems. The multi-user tier is a bit pricey, so we settle for one user. We communicate between the team when using the account so another person does not kick off the current user. Alchemer is straight-forward and easy to use. As a researcher and consultant, I don't have time to work with software that has surplus complexity or the wrong bells and whistles. Alchemer is a platform that I appreciate over our previous provider because it has virtually no downtime or glitches in the program. When we are considering something that we might deploy to our entire workforce, this is an important consideration. It's also easy enough to use that we don't have to block time for training after granting new users access to the system unless they seek to do advanced reporting or logic. I do not find the logic and custom reporting engine to be the strongest. The field labels are not intuitive, and we frequently have trouble with more complicated workflows because there isn't a good way to see what you're building while in-flight. I'd love to see either more of a reliance on a WYSIWYG format or some decision support/in-flight tools to ensure you get it right. I also have tested the functionality that is meant to weed out suspicious/duplicate responses and I was able to submit numerous ones without anything being flagged. This does not bode well for our particular use cases, namely anonymous surveys where we don't want to take the time to generate unique private links for every employee. I LOVE the reports that alchemer generates. They are thorough, straight forward and easy to use. The graphics are nice and the charts and graphs generated are very useful. I honestly like everything about this platform. I have not been displeased with any aspect. I did the trainigns that are procided online, and are extensive and truly helpful and easy to understand, and have distributed my first survey to our employees and have utilized the report from that extensively already.
