This is the least user friendly program I have every used. First off, there is no view that shows you who you simply sent your surveys to (unlike in Survey Monkey). It also doesn't tell you who opened your survey or who either filled part of it out or completed your survey unless you download an excel document. I know for a fact there are programs out there that can show you this data in a much nicer way without having to download and then edit it all before you can even begin to understand its confusing view in an excel document. Alchemer offers the best quality survey design tools for those looking for supercharged survey items. The ability to use max diff and other advanced question types is unavailable on many other survey platforms. Really just the pricing. It's tough to stomach such a high cost, but for the right projects, it is worth it. The discounts for paying annually make the sting a little softer, but I wish I could customize which features I actually need in addition to the base packages. I don't need advanced analytics or other integrations, but I do want the fancy question types. Being able to pick and choose features in that way would make this a 10 out of 10. I've been a subscriber since 2013. I selected Alchemer (then known as SurveyGizmo) because of the excellent power and flexibility of the platform. Most important was the embeddable custom programming that enabled us to build a very sophisticated, dynamic, and user-friendly survey instrument that allowed us to successfully created a new product and service offering. Even better than the product, though, has been the stellar support provided by the Alchemy team. They hire well, train well, and deliver a consistently outstanding experience. The tool started dropping data, and Alchemer was not able to fix the problem. They do not communicate about progress or seem to track that we are waiting. We have to initiate support tickets to get an update to get updates for the same issue. Our account representative doesn't answer emails. After nine months of difficulties, we asked for credit or an extension of our renewal for one-three months. It's bad enough that they would not offer any consideration; the representative said he would ask his manager and just never got back to me. Not even an email to say "no." If you count on your survey tool for anything critical to your business, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Data analysis is remarkably effective, so you don't need to have a lot of knowledge and it is very easy to create reports. Most importantly, I enjoy the fact that you can export survey data to a variety of formats for quick use.
