The only downfall was periodic system failure issues, where answers would sometimes go missing or be discombobulated. When giving the option to take the survey, many wouldn't due to the issues when trying to take it within the system. I'm sure the issues can be addressed & corrected within time. I love the ease of building a survey, and the "canned" reports are clear and provide great visuals. We have some complex data needs for communication cascades, and the team has been incredibly supportive. I also like the ability to export out data for internal analysis easily. As my team has grown, the ability to organize the work by teams makes navigating the home screen much more manageable. When I've needed support, they are very helpful and responsive. SurveyGizmo has the features that accommodate both the advanced and novice survey creators. The base level of features has an expansive selection of question types. It is so easy to use that it took longer for me to set up the account than the first draft of my first survey. I've used a few of the other better known survey tools, hands down, SG was the better experience. The bonus is a cost that is very modest. The other tools for sharing, testing and results analysis are trivial to use. The provided graphical report will require no modification for most users and is laid out in a very digestible format. I've only had one complaint with SG. The examples, advice or strategies in what questions types to ask or the ordering of questions for more effective surveys is non-existent and something survey creators need to learn on their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We utilize the software to analyze the various customer data we access to provide more educated business consulting. For example, we utilize employee engagement surveys, leadership diagnostic surveys and more to better understand the current state of culture within an orgnanization. I find that the software is easy to use and intuitive, offering a wide variety of question types and scripting options.
