Alchemer has the key question types and tools that I need for my Market Research business -- conjoint, cross-tabs, image heat maps, video dial-testing, and time limits on questions. Also, unlike just about every other major survey platform, there is no limit on number of respondents on the "small business" plan. There are only a handful of competing software platforms that possess all of those features. QuestionPro is $200 more expensive, and caps the number of respondents. Decipher is $2,700 more expensive. Qualtrics is $4,660 more expensive. Additionally, tech support with Alchemer is usually there by phone after less than 5 minutes on hold, and you talk with someone in Colorado, not the Philippines or India. Alchemer is both flexible and capable. Alchemer allows a business to easily and quickly create surveys and forms for internal and external use. We use it to enable prospective clients to quickly & easily submit requests for proposals, follow-up service surveys, as well as for internal use (time-off requests for example). We are discovering more and more uses for Alchemer almost every day! It integrates well with many other services and this makes Alchemer an excellent tool for your business! I was looking for a survey tool that could help me get data I want, easy to setup and most importantly can integrate with our tool Jira. I surveyed for so many survey tools and I was really hooked by the simplicity of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have bugs, the program is not working stably all the time. Some scripts are not always working correctly. They do not allow to use Poedit software to translate the survey to another language, as Survey Monkey does. The translation is really the pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
