The tech support is very thorough! They are very patient and they are able to send you emails to follow up which is great. I think that the colleagues that really know their stuff should get raises because i call very often with complicated questions and when I get new tech support people, I think they ask the same few people for help. 1.When we tried to get proservices to help us with some time sensitive work (yes I could have learned on my own how to do the things we wanted, but we needed it to be done ASAP and I am also a full time student which is why we turned to proservices), the sales guy said that Alchemer proservices did not have the capabilities to help us (which was weird because everything we asked for I knew that other softwares can do like redcap or qualtrics) so we ended up getting a third party programmer. Then with that third party programmer, we've had a lot of issues and everytime I call alchemer to help with something, the amazing tech support heroes give me great guidance and also tell me just how much easier things would have been if we would have gotten alchemer to help us instead because alchemer has simple ways to do the complicated things in the script that our programmer wrote. I think that the proservices consultation should be done by an actual proservices programmer so that this doesn't happen to others. It made our work pretty tough on me specifically since I had to be the liaison between programmer and alchemer- it was pretty frustrating to learn that this could have been avoided if proservices hadn't been gate-kept by someone that (he was very kind and professional don't get me wrong) didn't 100% know pro-service capabilities.

2.Sometimes the office is pretty loud when I call and thats a little difficult to try and explain things and then not be able to hear very well- maybe get the staff better headphones/mic set ups? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Depending on the license you have, the functions are limited - my license is very affordable, but lacks some of the advanced reporting functions other license types offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Alchemer (formerly SurveyGizmo) provides a robust user-friendly survey interface. Additionally, the survey results are easily laid out in graphic design format that you can customize. Customer service has about some of the nicest people ever who can walk you through any technical needs for more sophisticated tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If anything, to get that level of service, it is a bit pricey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Building a survey on Alchemer is intuitive, with easy to find help tips and suggestions. Support staff is fantastic and prompt. They go the extra mile to provide you with good answers and information, and also point you toward solutions or setups you hadn't considered. Output reports are excellent and visually appealing. If you want to do your own reports you can also download the raw data in CSV/Excel format. We have had success using both the Alchemer outputs and dumping the data into Excel and Powerpoint. I would like a bit more customization on bar charts, such as the ability for reports to show non-answers in the charts and not just in the summary tables. But overall the reports look great and it's easy to quickly add these on a powerpoint chart. You can also download the raw CSV data and use different filters for demographics, cohorts, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like constant improvements of the SurveyGizmo features and fantastic customer support. Several years ago (I am using SurveyGizmo almost 10 years) I sent an email with request for help around 1 am and in only fifteen minutes I received response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
