It can do pretty much everything I've ever needed it to do at a pricepoint that fit nicely into my budget. Between the reporting, flexibility in design, and exporting features it can get the job done most of the time. It has a good bank of question types for use in their platform and most of the questions give a good amount of flexibility. The logic allowed within each question is fairly robust except for certain circumstances. We use the custom question library heavily and it has saved us a lot of time. There are a surprising amount of outages in the platform from the user side. The company claims it has never affected the gathering of respondents but its hard to judge from our own side. At least once a month there tends to be an hour or so during the day that access to the platform is down.
