Pretty simple to use (it has many advanced features if you need them!)

Some requirements of WCAG 2.2 are not well met and progress in this field was not very well in last years. Facing the EU regulations for governmental organisations since 2018 and 2025 for commercial environments draws attention.

Sometimes you will be able that the customers could download a (custom made) PDF, but it is now only possible to send this by e-mail (not safe).

I like the UI and the fact that most of what we need to achieve from a survey can be done via the UI without any technical knlowlege. However, at the same time it also opens up the scripting interface for those with programming background. Further more their reporting is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I guess, from the reporting side it would be good to have more features to manipulate the collected data and derive new data points. This i belive can still be achieved via their R plugin, however for me that piece has not been that straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Alchemer is highly customizable, which has been useful as I build out a relatively complex survey which requires a lot of logic.

I also love how responsive Alchemer's support team is when I have a questions. They are quick to reply and great at giving tips - they've gone so far as to share a screen recording of how to approach my issue, which immediately fixed the problem I was having. The settings for testing or previewing my survey can be a bit confusing if I have complex logic. I don't know if something is wrong in my survey logic, or in my test settings. It works better when I just take the survey myself, but that is a bigger lift because I always have to start from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Has many of the features if more expensive solutions, including question routing and the ability to prepopulate questions with the answers to prior questions. The telephone support is excellent: fast and patient. It's pretty easy to use when it comes to survey design, but the reuse of campaigns could be a little smoother. I am a legacy customer of SurveyGizmo, which Alchmer acquired. SurveyGizmo has superior visualisations for segment analysis. I miss them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
