I have been successfully using Alchemer.com since 2022 for my market and opinion research. I use it practically every day. The software enables the programming of both simple and complex scripts, offering various types of questions, cross-quota control, email campaign management, and valuable features such as page randomization, timers, external data insertion, JavaScript usage, webhooks, integration with online panels, result export in multiple formats, and dashboards. I would like to see more instructions and examples of using JavaScript in the Alchemer manual. This would expand the software's usability for many users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Routing and logic are easy to use and can create complex surveys tailored to different audinces at once. The inbuilt advanced tool like conjoint and max diff are excellent and the ability to integrate this effortless using displayr allows us the create powerful tools for our customers. Alchemer is a mature reliable product, if something is not working they way I want it is always because I gave made a mistake in setting up logic not an Alchmer bug. Support is reasonably responsive and have been helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had a few issues with email deliverability to a particular large ISP but not sure if that is an Alchemer issue. The styling suite could be a bit more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a powerfull tool to be able to pull and analize data from just about anything you want. We use it a lot to collect quality control inspections that send copies to the trades we use and then we can use the data to improve our product. We have also used it to creat training with testing for our employees. It's not just a survey system to get customer feedback, it can be soo much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it gets a little buggy with some reports or saved library questions but these are minor complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What's most helpful about Alchemer Survey is how it simplifies the survey creation process. It has a great collection of features availalble to me that enhances the information gained from the survey results. It was easy to get started with the setup and begin to create surveys to send out. Any questions are quickly answered by their customer support. It was easy to integrate into my existing workflows and allows me to frequently create surveys with ease. There is a slight learning curve when you first start using it. I recommend looking for tutorials or resources if you really want to get the most use out of all of the 'bells and whistles'. While it might seem like a lot at first, it is quick to pick up and you will soon be using all the features it has available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Alchemer makes survey designs an easy process and has a infrastructure to make building an item library tangible. It provides many pre-populated resources that are useful during the ideation phase. The auto-generated reports, and the "realtime" function is great to get results insights easily and prior to building out a more robust reporting analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the finer engineering features could be improved to make the building process more intuitive. Things like [1] keeping the survey ID readable in custom domain links or alphabetizing field mapping list when doing push/pull actions would make the design and build experience more palpable without having to call customer services. It would also be great to have the campaign field titles be customizable beyond the alloted 10 - I have had to use fields titled "city" or "address" for data that is not related to that title because I needed more than 10 custom fields. I also find the reporting page to be filled with bugs or poor lay-outs that makes comparative reporting (across responses, response options and surveys by survey link etc) challengings. The survey design is fairly intuitive. Upon getting a subscription, I jumped in and started building surveys. Some aspects took trial and error to learn, but overall... I was able to build large, fairly complex surveys with different logic and branches without external how-to content or the need to call customer service. Speaking of customer service, I have had a few special needs that required HTML alterations. I found the customer service team to be very helpful and very timely with their responses and solutions. I'd like to see the data output and data formatting to more closely resemble that of Qualtrics. I find that the data needs to be manually formatted for easier excel analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Now and again there is a glitch wtih an update that wasn't pushed through, but the staff is quick to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've used Alchemer for so many different types of work, and it has always had the robustity that we needed. If we could imagine it, we could do it on Alchemer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the backend, the default/out-out-of box reporting leaves a lot to desire. It does always provide spanshots, and we can usually use for what we need instantly. Fortunately for us, we produce our own end-result final reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used this tool in my leadership consulting business for a number of years. I've looked at other survey platforms and believe this to be the best. Great flexibility and helpful folks when I get stuck. The platform gets more and more refined and I continue to learn as well. It keeps up with my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing comes to mind. I continue to press into the features and needs to learn how to make it all work like I want. I guess the learning curve is my issue, if any. But of course that will be true for any good, deeply designed product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how user friendly Alchemer is, it takes all of the hard work out of scripting surveys. It was super easy to get set up and running too. Their customer support has been great during the process. We have used the software in the past, when it was called Survey Gizmo and it has since had many more developments and features added.
Excellent value for money.
The reporting feature is also great, it automatically creates charts for you - which allows you to visualise the data and start building a story very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm struggling to think of anything, but one thing that could potentially be improved is the look and feel of the questionnaires (from a respondent perspective). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hmm... things I like most about Alchemer would probably be the ease of use, ease of implementation, ease of integration, number of features, number of question types, ease of styling surveys and reports, text analysis, and more. We use Alchemer to run customer experience surveys, employee satisfaction surveys, in-person event signups, newsletter signups, newsletter quizzes, health questionnaires, product development questionnaires, and brand studies. We even used it to collect payments for a service-based product. We do these things for multiple clients, in multiple languages, and with a tiny team. It's proven to be an incredibly versatile tool for us. Their online documentation usually answers our questions, but customer support quickly responds for items that aren't. The API sends data in several tables that have to get stitched together. We built a special tool in our data lake to piece everything back together for client reporting in our app and to have additional campaign triggers in our marketing orchestration system.
