The tool is designed extremely intuitively and the user interface is simple and straightforward. The design of the tool allows a quick and easy implementation. Albacross offers many opportunities to generate leads using different landing pages - the settings and filter options are extremely helpful. There's also a lot of room for customising which kind of companies or contacts you want to identify or push as Leads to your CRM system.

I like the ability for Sales and Marketing to collaborate in the same tool and the flexibility in segment creation for campaigns. We have loved uncovering visitors from our website and filling a funnel gap with this tool as well as automating prospect data to our CRM. With outstanding support, we have easily been able to connect our CRM (Salesforce) and send leads and target accounts to our sales teams to follow up. Onboarding and beyond has been faultless. They truly took time to uncover our needs and have even been able to pivot to make some development changes to ensure they covered what we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
