When putting a field staff on hold, they still have access to client info and can backtrack online web apps to schedule and get past client addresses from the schedule and client file Breach in Privacy
The only way to close this door is to "terminate" the employee file.
Also, there should be a different permission (or permissions separated into two) to turn on access for the different portals.

AlayaCare has opened the door for a number of API integrations that will add tremednous value for Nucleus. It's allowed us to think outside the box and get creative in terms of how we are leveraging technology to support our clients and other stakeholders. Customer support isn't always the greatest. It is missing some key components in reporting and back up that make general implementation challenging. They have expanded rapidly and service a broad range of customers with varied needs. Many times new funcitonalities are geared towards fee for service clients which results in the not for profit sector having to work around system design to achieve the same results. I feel AlayaCare continually asks for more money to truly gain the benefits of what they have to offer. They sell you on a shell of a product and then constantly try to upsell. This might be beneficial for larger companies; however, small to medium businesses do not have the funds to support this. Therefore, they are left with trying to come up with workarounds. Examples of this are using AlayaCare Connector to partner with other agencies using AlayaCare. The price proposed was 7% of ARR, which is absurd. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

AlayaCare has helped my company stay on top of our patient/nurse schedules. AlayaCare's scheduling system has kept my scheduling team and field nurses organized.
