How easy it is to get started. All the Ubuntu setup guides were helpful when I was just getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think there might have been a few outages in the Northeast region during my time as a customer. Reliability can always be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They provide official support of Arch Linux distribution.
