What do you like best about afi.ai Backup for G Suite and O365?
I really like how it integrates seamlessly with Azure, and it allows me to use the "Bring your own Encryption token." Users also have access to back up their data. I also like how it backs up SharePoint and Teams sites 3 times/per day. I needed to restore from backups in order to get some data that was deleted, and it worked. I also like how the M365 single sign-on just works. I didn't have to configure anything on my end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about afi.ai Backup for G Suite and O365?
In order to use the BYOD key, I need to set up a Google Cloud account. The Google key only costs me $0.12/month, so it is not a big concern, but now I am on all three major clouds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about afi.ai Backup for G Suite and O365?
After using Afi.ai for over a year, I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my business. Their backup and recovery solution is incredibly reliable and has worked flawlessly from day one. Whether it’s Office 365 or Google Workspace, Afi.ai consistently delivers on its promise of simplicity and security.
The setup process was refreshingly straightforward, and the user interface is clean and intuitive. WIt’s obvious that Afi.ai takes the “set it and forget it” mantra seriously, which is exactly what I needed.
Their customer support is another highlight. On the rare occasions I had questions, their team was quick to respond and always helpful. It’s clear they prioritize their customers and continuously improve their service. Shoutout to Ingrid Ives who went above and beyond each time.

Easy to setup. Quick to get backups running. Excellent overall view of backups makes it easy to get a quick picture of the backups. The service works...full stop. That is rare nowadays. Plus they are adding new features relatively often. The value we get is extremely high, and the price is very reasonable. And their support and responsiveness is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about afi.ai Backup for G Suite and O365?
Very little. If they could expand into offering backup for other services as well, such as Dropbox, personal cloud services (like OneDrive/Hotmail/etc. and Google Drive/Gmail/etc.), that would be great. And there's always more to be included in backups on the corporate/enterprise side of Microsoft and Google - but they've done a good job of encompassing most of it. The only downside that we have encountered is the cost of the service. While it is cheaper than some services, it is more expensive than a traditional backup solution for a file server. That is the nature with most cloud backup solutions though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you use a lot of storage in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 it can be costly to have everything backup at AFI. I think it's because they have a hot storage that is always available and fast.
