What do you like best about ADP StandOut?

It allows leaders to give reliable performance ratings.

It allows the employees to track their performance by engaging with the managers more frequently.

Weekly check-ins, which shows the performance of the employee for that particular week. Employees can have more frequent meetings with their leader about their performance and expectations being met or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP StandOut?

We have to fill out accomplished tasks every week and sometimes it becomes difficult to put tasks done when you are working on a project which can take months to complete.

Recommendations to others considering ADP StandOut:

It is better to have feedback every week from your manager rather than having it once a year.

What problems is ADP StandOut solving and how is that benefiting you?

We fill our accomplishments of the week for performance appraisal and eliminate the need for sharing the accomplishments done at the year-end appraisal cycle in which we may miss few tasks done.

It allows us to keep track of performance on weekly basis and can be helpful if any improvement is needed before the situation goes out of hand.

What do you like best about ADP StandOut?

It's a very good tool to get up-to-date information about your report's performance and engagement. It is more useful to check the pulse of the team instead of relying on antiquated monthly/quarterly reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP StandOut?

I don't have any productive criticism about the system itself but they should advertise more. 3 of the 4 companies I've been with used a less effective tool for the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP StandOut solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a high turnover partially because we had very little insight into the performance and motivation of our reports. The old system relied on monthly KPI reports that gave very little information on actionable steps to improve the overall morale and productivity. Since we moved to StandOut we could see real-time data and act quickly instead of 2-3 weeks later - when it would be futile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ADP StandOut?

I think it is a good tool for hourly employees and new hires. Great way to check in with people who you don't have regular 1:1s with. I do like the "nudge" feature within the platform. It is a good way to remind my direct reports instead of having to ping them in Teams or via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ADP StandOut?

I don't see the benefit for my team because we are very in sync with our Manager. This is just an additional task I need to do to check off the box and complete. I would rather have a quick minute conversation with my Manager to talk about whats going on than have to complete this every week. I don't really pay any attention to the emails or reminders to have to complete my stand-out each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ADP StandOut solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially i was using it for my 1:1s to discuss what was going on and what i had planned for the week. I am finding now, after several months of use, i am no longer using it for this purpose. I really only use it for my like and loathe for the week. My Manager and I are pretty in sync. I don't feel the need to write too much within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
