I think it is a good tool for hourly employees and new hires. Great way to check in with people who you don't have regular 1:1s with. I do like the "nudge" feature within the platform. I don't see the benefit for my team because we are very in sync with our Manager. This is just an additional task I need to do to check off the box and complete. I would rather have a quick minute conversation with my Manager to talk about whats going on than have to complete this every week.
