What is most helpful about ADP DataCloud is the ability to customize the data based on the needs of the company. As an HR professional, I can appreciate the ease of gathering this information without having to go to our data analytics team. I can customize data to needs and understanding. When an employee exits the company, but still receives a pension, they are listed as an active employee in the system. This is appropriate for HR, but it causes reporting issues for BI.
