I love that any questions I have will be answered, and thoughtfully. This tool allows you to see where your inbound leads are coming from, and all the touchpoints to your won deals. Need help with a report? They're on it. Have a business need you're not sure they can solve? Bet they can! My rep, Austin, is phenomenal. And my rep before that, Hillary? Equally phenomenal! We are able to see exactly where an inbound lead came from, even sometimes what they searched for, and we can see how those channels affect our bottom line. We've realized our paid search conversions are high, but actual pipeline value is low. You can really dig deep to see how marketing's contribution to the sales funnel works. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible)?

Sometimes we'd have to manually add or import new consumers to salesforce which would cause a problem with UTM tracking since it didn't come from a form fill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible)?

Bizible provides the framework to build an effective marketing attribution model. For our company, with a 1 person Marketing Operations group and no access to an internal data science or analyst resource, Bizible has been instrumental in providing a sophisticated multi-touch attribution model without having to build from scratch. What do you dislike about Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible)?

There are some limitations: incorporating cost has to be piped in from ad platforms (Bizible does have a couple of direct integrations to pull cost but not all, i.e. RollWorks), but the rest has to be input manually. For that reason we have been unable to get true ROI reporting in the platform and run that analysis separately. We also experience some minor data loss for web users that have cookies disabled. bizible's javascript doesn't capture the source attribution for 100% of web touches. What problems is Adobe Marketo Measure (formerly Bizible) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed as close to an out of the box solution for tying our marketing activities to revenue as we could find. Bizible, while it does require that you have your processes, naming conventions, CRM campaigns, etc buttoned up in order to be effective, has been that solution. We've been able to optimize our spend towards channels with the greatest impact on pipeline and provide the evidence to the finance team that we're being good stewards of our marketing spend.
