Adobe Document Cloud makes managing and sharing PDFs super easy. I love how I can access my documents from anywhere and collaborate with others in real-time. The e-signature feature is a game-changer, especially when I need to get documents signed quickly without any hassle. The interface is pretty straightforward too, which makes organizing everything smooth and stress-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that’s not so great is the price—it can get expensive, especially if you're not using all the fancy features. It can also slow down older devices sometimes, which can be a bit frustrating. Plus, some of the cool tools are behind extra paywalls, which feels a little restrictive when you're already paying for a subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This reader integrates seamlessly with your Microsoft package and can be used on most PCs and other devices. It very seldom crashes and always gives me a great experience. I probably use it every day for one reason or another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader only allows users to view and annotate PDFs. Editing and advanced features like converting or merging files require the paid version of Adobe Acrobat Pro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the inventor of PDF, Adobe is the most compatible editor in the market. It can modify the character and format easily, and the e-signature is well recognized by business professionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The monthly fee is too expensive comparing to other PDF editors in the market. I don't understand why I need to spend more than 100 dollars per month to just edit the PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adobe Acrobat is an incredibly versatile tool for managing PDF files. I particularly appreciate its intuitive user interface, which makes editing, merging, and converting files straightforward, even for beginners. The OCR (Optical Character Recognition) feature is a game-changer, allowing me to convert scanned documents into editable text seamlessly. Additionally, the ability to secure documents with passwords and digital signatures ensures the confidentiality and authenticity of my work. Its integration with cloud storage services also makes it easy to collaborate and access files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Adobe Acrobat is a powerful tool, its pricing structure can be a drawback for individual users or small businesses, as it feels steep compared to alternative PDF tools. The software can also be resource-intensive, occasionally causing slowdowns or crashes on less powerful devices. Some features, like advanced editing and redaction, are locked behind higher-tier subscriptions, which might be inconvenient for users needing these tools infrequently. Improved navigation within large PDF files could also enhance the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to create and manage contract templates and webforms, and collect secure digital signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There could be improvements for handling updating of contracts with template field layers. Often contracts and other forms are updated yearly (at least) and the process of having to create a new template with the new pdf and then try and overlay the previous version's field layer can be tedious--especially if the new document is a page shorter in which case you cannot overlay an existing field layer.
