The electronic signature functionality provides a simple and intuitive experience for the end-user which has greatly accelerated our time to document completion (vs paper signatures) and added transparency to the process. The API for integration (into our in-house tool) is full-featured with rich functionality and was truly a pleasure to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the administrative options and functionality appears quite buried in various screens and menus. The ability to manage sub-groups under a parent organization and move users between groups is not intuitive. And there does not seem to be a way for one individual in a group to easily see/share document status with all others automatically - it requires each user to submit a "Sharing" request to other users. We were looking for a new esign service for our contracts and echo sign fit the bill. We do about 30k docs a year and were able to save 50% in cost over docusign and other competitors when going to echosign.
