Well, the only feature that we used the Adobe Acrobat Sign API was to integrate esign feature on our website. For that purpose alone i can comment that this api work just fine. It was easy to understand and implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the administrative options and functionality appears quite buried in various screens and menus. The ability to manage sub-groups under a parent organization and move users between groups is not intuitive. And there does not seem to be a way for one individual in a group to easily see/share document status with all others automatically - it requires each user to submit a "Sharing" request to other users.
