What do you dislike about AdLib DSP?

We have not seen any downsides so far! We utilize AdLib when our clients would like to leverage their social assets for a standard display campaign. That is exactly what they have provided us, and our clients are very happy with their results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust platform with a wealth of capabilities"
4/5
What do you like best about AdLib DSP?

With over 15 years of working across both the buy and sell sides I have worked with a lot of DSPs, SSPs & exchanges, and I haven't found a platform to match Adlib's robust capabilities and price point. They have a fantastic product that's super easy to get set up on, great reach, and an excellent team of industry professionals who are always ready to support you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdLib DSP?

That they don't have a team in London I can work within my timezone, and who I can meet up with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mike Hauptman of AdLib DSP

Hey Greig! Most of our engineering team is in or just outside of London. Always interested in getting together and meeting face to face. Let us know what you're thinking :)

What do you like best about AdLib DSP?

Availability of broad range of inventory Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdLib DSP?

Lack of a mobile app for campaign management. UPDATED: This company charges a monthly access fee of $499 on a seemingly random basis and without issuing an invoice for the same. Unhappy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mike Hauptman of AdLib DSP

Hi There! The monthly access fee of $499 is charged after the 30-day free trial. This is clearly outlined in the pricing page and sign-up process for AdLib.

We are super transparent about this access fee and I would appreciate you contacting me directly at mike@adlibmediagroup.com so we can figure out where the disconnect may have occurred.

Best,

Mike

"Premium DSP with no minimum spend!"

What do you like best about AdLib DSP?

As a small business, it's difficult to find a product that lets us tap into premium inventory, without having to hit a certain spend minimum. AdLib allows us to do this while staying within our budget! They have a great support team as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdLib DSP?

There were a couple of things in the UI that were initially unclear, but after a quick chat with the support team, that all got cleared up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've always been somewhat sceptical about programmatic as a digital marketing channel, but working with AdLib has gone a long way towards changing my mind.

They're super responsive and helpful, and work towards my KPIs extremely well - with much better bottom line results than I'd expected. I'm trusting them to work on my largest client and the results have been really good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdLib DSP?

An ability to do monthly invoicing would be a big help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
