What do you like best about Adit?

What do you dislike about Adit?

ADIT doesnot integrate well with Softdent at all, it has created more work for us s opposed to simplifying things. ADIT can not process insurance credit card payments from United Healthcare which is holding up a great deal of money for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ADIT is a relatively new software, buyer beware, you pay for the quality of what you get. I thin ADIT has great possibilities but there are a lot of kinks that need to be worked out to make it more user friendly and time efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have switched from WEAVE to ADIT, Weave's pricing keeps increasing, ADIT is more economical. That being said, after a month of ADIT we are switching back to WEAVE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Adit?

It is easy to use and figure out. I was able to teach myself to create my own customized new patient forms within a few tries. I also always have the option to send the content that I need made into a form to Adit and they will make it for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adit?

The only downside was how long the process took to get the system up and running. The onboarding process was kind of long, but ended up being worth it for sure! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You need to be willing to spend the time to really learn the software and take advantage of all of its features. Even if just one person is using all of the features in the office, it benefits everybody. It is so comprehensive that it can seem overwhelming and like a lot to learn, but it is a tool and used correctly, can really help the practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adit has several features that help me daily. My favorites are the Follow Ups function on Practice Analytics and the Patient Forms. I am able to do all of our new patient paperwork digitally and have reminders automatically sent for me. Not only do I save a lot of paper, but a lot of time by having Adit get the forms filled out for me. The follow ups function keeps sticky notes off of my desk. I am able to put any reminders I need into the follow up function for any team member and assign a date. Everbody checks their follow ups daily so they can see what reminders are in there. Great and excellent customer service. Everyone we have worked has been extremely helpful and professional. I've leaned a lot about how to enhance our presence online and how we can reach our pts via text messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adit has helped design a new website to assist in organic growth as well as pay-per-click and social media posts. Record incoming calls to coach our team on why they may not have converted the patient and track missed calls have been very helpful in going our new patients! not having all the phone's capabilities and features as our current phone company Weave has. I'm hopeful they will have them all soon so we can get rid of that extra expense that we have with Weave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
