unprofessionalism and software functionality. encountered various parts of software not functioning as advertised and repeatedly asked to wait for them to make corrections. i grew weary in 21 days of 2plus incidents of this occurring, stopped using software, stopped logging in, and requested a refund. I love the many customisation options available to truly make the videos my own and fit with my brand. They stream well and embed seamlessly on my course platform, which is my main concern as a course creator.
