I joined Adilo services in June 2021. Since the service was new at the time, I was hesitant to invest my resources at first. But today, after a long journey through many seasons, I feel reassured and confident—just as I believed I would. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The idea of a lifetime license. They straight up just decided to end ALL lifetime licenses bought without the opportunity to recover the money invested with exception to those purchased I think since May of 2025. what's to like? To be honest, I wish the industry would stop using the word "lifetime" on these deals. It's abundantly obvious they don't mean OUR lifetime. I understand a LTD ending due to a company shut down. It sucks, but what can you do? But Adilo straight up ROBBED thousands of folks by forcing us to accept the monthly plan rollout or lose our account. No refunds or consideration. Like be so freaking for real! I warn against this company: I bought a Lifetime Deal from Adilo for a lot of money, used it, and also recommended it. Now Adilo is becoming unreliable and is terminating the Lifetime contract with a 4-week notice due to the risk that Adilo might become unprofitable and have to give up, forcing a switch to one of their monthly programs or deletion of all videos on the platform! At the same time, Vimeo is increasing the storage space from 250 GB to 2 TB for free... so I'm moving my videos back to a reliable provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WARNING | DANGER

Unreliable provider that does not honor its contract with lifetime customers but instead cancels it at short notice and wants to force them into a subscription. Lifetime means usage as long as the product exists, ADILO forcibly stops the use of the lifetime account for users and wants to force account holders to sign up for a running subscription. Stop buying lifetime deals. Adilo decided to update their terms for all plan holders, including the people who believed in them first and got them to a point where they became a player. Lifetime deal holders, like me, paid hundreds (and into the thousands) for lifetime solutions promised. Now, the people at BigCommand behind Adilo and 4KPlayer updated their Terms of Service WITHOUT notifying existing customers and stating that all lifetime deal accounts ARE NO LONGER SUPPORTED. They are requiring people, like me, to pay the same monthly fee that new customers would pay (completely ignoring the fact that they wouldn't exist without the support of hundreds of lifetime deal buyers who paid 10x more than most lifetime deals for software). Instead of actually marketing their product to new customers or improving the product, they bait and switch on people who've already paid them. Contracts don't exist with these people. Terms are changeable without notice, which is illegal. AppSumo is not stepping in, so this company should be avoided at all costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can contact the support team anytime I face a problem within a shortwhile they are able to respond whether it is via their chatbot or via email and you can tell they are ready and eager to help with any problems you have! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dueto the higher file sizes Adilo takes, it can take some time uploading, but that is not too bad as it does upload faster than Youtube on ocassion! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
