1) Easy to use and clear interface
2) Simple automations on Bid Management / Bugdet / Placements etc.. that are set up by the user, not some black box automation that you can't control from other softwares we used in the past
3) Good customer support team, quick reply and proactively checking to make sure you know how to best make use of the tool
