"Adaptive makes SAT Management Effortless with Cool AI Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

The automation is excellent - once campaigns are set, everything runs smoothly. The phishing simulations are realistic, and employees actually enjoy the training, which is rare for SAT tools. Adaptive Security also has AI deepfake phishing/vishing simulations, which I have never seen before. Employees have commented how interesting and frightening it is to see a deepfake of the CEO in a phishing simulation. Much better product than Knowbe4. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cutting-Edge AI Training and Effortless Campaign Setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

I really appreciate how advanced their AI-based training and simulated 'attack' scenarios are. Setting up testing campaigns is straightforward, thanks to the regularly updated training materials. In the past, with other products, I had to manually update content by adding new material and removing outdated resources, but that's no longer necessary here. The onboarding process was smooth and efficient, and everyone I interacted with—from sales to engineering—was genuinely helpful and pleasant to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

Up to this point, I haven't encountered anything that has been frustrating or failed to work as I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I’d like to see a few more customizable campaign templates specific to tech and AI industries, but the existing ones are diverse and well-crafted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation, Features, and Ease of Integration so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I wish there was an option to set up multiple failure points. With KnowB4, I was able to include attachments and QR codes in any type of phishing email simulation, which made the process more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great solution ahead of the curve"

What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

What we like best is that their training tackles the AI threats we're actually worried about today. It’s not just theory; we can run deepfake and vishing simulations in our campaigns, which is a unique and powerful way to prepare our team for what’s really out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No current ability to block access to email or limit access for repeated clickers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

More simulation options would be great, but they are constantly adding more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The future of Security Awareness training"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

The ability to create AI persona's of our exec team is incredible. The "More Urgency" button in AI scenario generation using OSINT allows us to create custom and relevant phishing simulations that are exactly what a threat actor would do if they did their homework on us. Deepfake awareness training modules are lightyears ahead of anyone else I’ve seen. It's also incredibly easy to setup, integrate with Microsoft or Google, and easy to administer. The customer support team has been quick to respond to questions and feature requests too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Adaptive so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

""Real World" Training and Phishing Testing"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

The most helpful feature is the platform’s ability to combine education with real-world testing. The phishing tests provide valuable insights into user behavior, while the training modules reinforce good practices immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

Not much, maybe some of the customization options for phishing templates could be more flexible (even though they can be customized), maybe when tailoring campaigns to specific departments or threat types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
