Adaptive Triage’s auto-classification of spam and malicious email reports has been a great addition. It has noticeably reduced the time our helpdesk spends classifying reported emails, which has made the overall process much more efficient. **What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?** In the Security Awareness Training although the interactive AI modules are great the rest of the training has a bit of a powerpoint feel to it. People like more video and less slides. **What problems is Adaptive Security solving and how is that benefiting you?** The user and manager training reminders have dramatically increased our participation rate in Security Awareness training. The automated tools for classifying reported spam and malicious emails have also dramatically cut down the time the helpdesk spends reviewing reports and getting back to the reporter. The AI-generated content we can create ourselves is another nice feature. For example, when we roll out a new corporate policy, Adaptive can take that information, generate a training or informational presentation, and collect confirmation that employees have received and acknowledged the policy.
