Adaptive Security’s Outlook-level phishing integration uses direct mail injection (DMI) to avoid the usual email-gateway link scanning, which cuts down on false positives and keeps simulations from getting mangled on the way in. The Teams nudges give you a second, harder-to-ignore channel for reminders instead of relying on email blasts that vanish into inbox noise. One place where the platform could step up is its reporting. The metrics themselves are solid, but the tool doesn’t offer much flexibility in how that data is presented. For example, you can view percentage-based completion on the dashboard, but you can’t generate that same view in the reporting section, where it matters for exports and stakeholder reviews.
