"Adaptive Stands Out for Security Awareness—Great Content and AI Attack Focus"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

I usually don't write reviews, but I think Adaptive is a standout product that needs more attention in this space. I have run security awareness at the past 4 organizations I have been a part of and this is by far the best one I have used. I am a former Wombat customer now Proofpoint Security Essentials, Knowbe4 and PhishMe customer. Adaptive is very focused on customer feedback and improving their product, with their recent relationship with Conan O'Brian just makes their content all that much better. Lastly, they were the only tool that really focused on the use of AI attacks and what to do about them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

It's hard to identify anything that I dislike about Adaptive, there are some small usability things but nothing that impacts the overall experience of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tailored Onboarding and Expert Support for Building Security Awareness"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

The sales and onboarding professionals were extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. The onboarding was tailored to what we actually needed; the team listened closely, took our feedback on board, and adjusted accordingly. Overall, the platform feels well-suited for teams that are building out their security awareness program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

More advanced threat detection training content would be a valuable addition. Additional integrations with ticketing systems would also complement our workflow and fit better with how we currently operate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adaptive: Modern, Streamlined Training with Engaging, Up-to-Date Content"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

After switching from KnowBe4, we've found Adaptive to be a more modern and streamlined experience. My users have reached out to me to say that they found the content to be much more current and broken down into digestible chunks. They also found the executive deepfakes to be very entertaining and relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I wish I could manually assign specific phishing templates/scenarios to specific users/groups to make the tests more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Cybersecurity Training and Alert System"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

I find the adaptive training modules of Adaptive Security to be far superior to those of most companies in this space. They allow us to create quick training and cybersecurity alert modules on the fly with AI-assisted tool sets, which helps us deal with specific or emerging threats rapidly. The phish triage platform is also impressive, using AI learning to evaluate emails beyond basic scanning to identify social engineering elements. I appreciate how Adaptive Security keeps us informed of current cybersecurity threats and focuses on the bleeding edge of the threats we face, rather than past ones. The setup was incredibly easy as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

You know, right now, I haven't really found many flaws. Other than I would like for the ability for their vishing platform, which is brand new, to use more localized numbers. So that users aren't as immediately tipped off that the calls are coming from far away rather than from within their own area code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Experience and Engaging Cybersecurity Training"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

I use Adaptive Security for cybersecurity training awareness and education, and I've had a great experience. The sales to implementation process was seamless, with onboarding documentation that was amazing and very thorough. The team genuinely cares about getting us set up for success and checked in even post-implementation. I love the easy setup; it went so smoothly that our IT engineers were impressed, often overbooking time because it finished faster than anticipated. Adaptive Security keeps users engaged in otherwise mundane and repetitive security training, and the integrated phish alert button is a great feature for reporting suspected phishing emails. I also appreciate the amazing reporting that provides audit and compliance metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I would like to see more granular reporting in the future. Although the current reporting is great, with all the available data and metrics in Adaptive Security, I want to make sure the reports continue to be aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Driven Training with Stellar Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

I find the AI Assistance in Adaptive Security to be a huge win for us because it helps build custom training modules. This feature allows us to save time and create relevant training tailored to our exact needs, rather than using off-the-shelf modules. Additionally, I'm very happy with the current state of the platform and excited to see what new features will be added in the future. The Executive Risk feature is incredibly valuable. Even for personal use, I've used it to identify accounts I never knew existed and didn't sign up for. The setup process was very easy, and they provided excellent onboarding support. What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I think, with AI-built modules, it's just a matter of time before the models and data improve, and along with that, our turnaround time for rolling out training will improve. It would be great if they offered a bit more customization for the modules' look and feel—for example, more editing options to enhance visual appeal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Phish Alert Button Is a Game-Changer, Adaptive Has Been Easy to Deploy and Manage"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

The phish alert button has been a real game changer for us. Our team loves it, and it’s become a natural part of how we handle suspicious emails day to day. It was also very easy to deploy and manage, even with a very small IT team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I haven’t found a single thing to be dissatisfied with on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Adaptive Replaced Three Tools with One—Easy Phishing Setup and Fresh Training Content"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

Adaptive replaced three different tools with one, which was amazing! Setting up phishing campaigns was straightforward and really easy. The “create scenario from email” button in triage is awesome. Adaptive is “always updating” and provides fresh training content, unlike our previous tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

I have been vocal with the Adaptive Security team about feature requests and they have been VERY responsive. Mind you, these are minor requests, but they treat them as a priority! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Must Have Security Training and Awareness Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

We use Adaptive Security primarily for the training modules, but there are many additional features that sold us on Adaptive. I definitely like the breakdown of the training modules better with Adaptive, compared to our previous solution. The platform feels like a real upgrade; it's modern and intuitive. The branding and customization are great. The management features are outstanding, and I really love the dashboards and notifications. The product feels polished, and we get advanced features such as deepfake, smishing, and AI capabilities. The initial setup was very easy, and we were up and running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

New product rollouts require some adaptation on our end to keep pace, but it's ultimately a good thing for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Pleasant Platform with Effortless Implementation"
5/5
What do you like best about Adaptive Security?

Very intuitive interface - easy to learn and easy to manage. Implementation was just as easy. Also working with the platform is genuinely pleasant, which makes a difference for daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adaptive Security?

A few more template customization options would round things out nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
