They may not be the lowest cost provider, but you will likely get the most for your spend with them. They are very experienced, creative, and bring industry best practices to all their solutions, other providers typically leave out important scope just to lower their price. What do you like best about Acuative?

Their easy to use portal and timely responses. They will tailor the portal you use down to your specific needs, removing anything extra your don't need and making changes to it in a timely manner when you come across an issue. On the rare occasion they can't find a tech for our requested time their leads are great at reaching out via phone and email to keep us in the loop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently there is nothing that I use them for that I dislike. They are very communicative when there is an issue and work hard to provide solutions and work around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Acuative solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need techncians on site at our customers locations to help troubleshoot and replace our equipment, power and connectivity to our carriers. We have used many vendors in the past and generally it's 50/50 whether we will get a tech when we need them.
