What do you like best about ActiveCollab?

What do you like best about ActiveCollab?

Ease of use. ActiveCollab has a great UX design and makes it easy to find different tasks based on the company or project you are working within. Based on the level of permissions users are given, some people may not be able to use certain features of the app. I wish ActiveCollab had a mobile app also so I could use it while I am away from my desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nice and Simple tool for Project management"

You can add all the ongoing/upcoming/completed project details in active Collab so that you and team can continuously monitor it's status, add updates and multiple tasks to keep track of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ActiveCollab?

The "My Work" summary is a great way to see a summary of all the tasks you have across all projects.

Good tutorials, help system, video tutorials etc.

I have no issues with it yet.

ActiveCollab is an easy to use project management tool, that is fast to use.

It is very cheap for a small team of 3.

What do you like best about ActiveCollab?

The workload view was very helpful for resource management, and the ability to switch between the kanban view and list view was helpful. The most useful area of the entire product was the timetables and users being able to easily and quickly track time towards similar or repeating tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ActiveCollab?

The interface is easy to use. The learning curve is not very steep. Spend only 1-2 hours to get started easily without any hassle. The separation between tasks and discussions is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are using the active collab platform as our only CRM tool. We onboard our customers to the platform, and from there on, the support team takes over for both technical and business communication.
