The audience builder is user-friendly and is great for making the simplest to more intricate lists. Easy to start new or work off of what you already have buil, and it doesn't take nearly as long as some other platforms to get audience counts. Journey builder is also pretty straightforward in terms of usability. The ability to create omni-channel journies is incredibly easy and powerful. Some limitations in automation/workflows/journey building - data can't enter the system in realtime so the kinds of automation you want to action out of AIQ are limited and all journeys have to deploy at the same time of day. ActionIQ excels in the area of marketing activation - giving users the power to identify and size segments of customers through custom criteria and activate these audiences through various marketing channels. Journeys and triggered campaigns through the Flight Plan module are also a strong feature and easy to set up. ActionIQ's support is also top-notch - the account and engineering teams are always quick to solve problems and to provide back-end support. PersonMatch, ActionIQ's customer consolidation engine, is strong and reliable and can be customized in certain useful ways. Coming from a data-focused, insights background, I would like to have a more direct access to data. The ability to see row-level data, even a sample of each table, would be a big help toward more efficiently and effectively creating variables and audiences. Additionally having a customer-lookup screen in which I could easily look up customer records/details would be valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
