How well their tool served our support needs, but also our efforts on the acquistion and lead nurturing side. Acquire has native functionality for web messaging, and analytics related to that, which lets us target visitors at key points of their user journey and push them across the finish line Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When we were using Acquire they didn't have support for email within their messaging platform. That may have changed though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the format of the chat display and features. I like that it shows active and pending and switches when chats are reactivated. I like that we can set hours and holidays and collab with fellow acquire agents on cases or chats. The co browse feature is very helpful. I dislike the delay in the chat notifications and alerts. Acquire needs a mobile app ASAP. Most chat platforms have a mobile app which helps companies that are remote or in office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cobrowsing with customers during the chat helps with the customer experience, we were looking for different chat services, and acquire has been definitely a great choice for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were so many bugs, and some features they promised were there weren't shipped yet.

This platform is exactly what we were looking for. The installation and configuration process is ultra-lightweight (simple JavaScript inclusions). Acquire enables our call center team to communicate with members across multiple domains and the experience is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We haven't yet encountered anything that causes us an issue. We're solidly happy with the platform. In the future, it would be great to see acceptance of additional custom data fields when a new chat is initiated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
