I had worked with Acolad for a Uber Project on Datacompute for checking LLM output for 4 to 5 months. They paid good initially, but after that work stopped coming and rates were reduced. Then they stopped giving work or did not have any work and around 14.5 hours of work is still unpaid by them. They are not having proper data on the time spend by Freelancers working on their projects and they have multiple points of contact making it difficult to resolve login, payment and work issues. There's actually nothing to dislike here in Sajan!! Actually methods of work share is well organized and well structured that everyone does what actually one can do in the field of translation, with professionalism. Thus translator feels always safe in work, while one sees creativity an dability to offer skyrocket at times.
