Sometimes they answer me at midnight and it gives me confusing feelings. I mean , on one side I see their translators are worikng to provider the best result on time or even before the deadline . Alconost supports a lot of languages, even if they don't have a specific one for your needs, they will find it. Managers can help you create a glossary for your content, perform LQA, and give you some useful tips to achieve the best quality and complete the project quickly.
I like the qualifications of the translators they work with. They are native speakers and are happy to help if you need extended explanations or synonyms, or if you have some issues with character limits.
