I wanted to share my feedback on the video training program. I was really impressed with the pacing of the videos and how well everything was explained. The content flowed smoothly, allowing me to grasp the concepts easily without feeling overwhelmed. The instructor's clarity and concise explanations made it a pleasure to follow along. The training videos struck the perfect balance between being informative and engaging. It was evident that a lot of thought went into creating a user-friendly learning experience. I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the IT video training program. While I found the content to be informative and useful, there were instances where I felt the training became a bit boring. I liked UI interface which is easy to use and content, curriculum structured for learning is nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I dislike most about ITPro.TV is when I first started the login just wouldn't work for some reason, after a month of tinkering it eventually worked but no one could explain why this was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been a member of ITPro.tv for over 3 years now. I am a multisensory learner. The talk show format along with the video demos really helps me lock in the knowledge.
The web interface is easy to use.
The search feature works really well.

I wish you had more content on VMware, Apple and other vendors.

The site is well organized, with the lessons being placed into categories. It makes it easier to search for and focus on a specific subject that I'm working on learning more about. The lessons are helpful, and packed with a ton of information, and the practice labs help give you a hands-on experience to give you an idea of how to put what you're learning into action. Sometimes the side notes for the videos don't always match up with what is being said. Just some inconsistencies with the written lesson plan and information being given verbally or on screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product that is provided has been very informational and easy to follow. Plus, with the ability to download courses, it has been so convenient that I can sit down and watch a lesson when not even connected to the internet. While all the major products are available, here is my nic pick: I wish that some products like Aruba ClearPass, Fortigate, and Juniper are available. My organization uses nontraditional equipment like Tellabs for networking, Aruba for wifi, and Fortigate as a firewall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ACI Learning [ITPro] has a variety of training options for the working IT professional (Cloud, Security, Scripting etc.) They also cater and provide training to Active Duty Military as well as Veterans which is a huge plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good content, wide range, nice bite size sections so that you can keep coming back to it. Like that you can download it if you need to access it on another device offline. Presenters are animated, interesting and engaging. Really like the practice labs and that in some cases the certicfication are included. There is a lot of content and so knowing what the most useful to do is difficult even with the career pathways etc. Sometimes you will start something but realise its not really what you want to learn, or its not what you thought it would be from the descriptions. I like the approachable format the videos have. They make topics practical, relatable, and more fun to learn from than reading from a book. The available show notes usually provide a great outline to take notes with and help to organize the material by topic. The working labs offer great hands-on experience, and the practice test questions and flashcards are helpful when testing oneself. The labs are helpful but sometimes lacking. A decent portion of them are just reading material, which there is merit for, but, often, that reading material would be better to associate directly with specific episodes and included in the show notes rather than portrayed as a lab. The labs containing work are still terrific, but consistently fewer working labs than expected. The practice test questions seem more like questions rejected from the certification test.
