Additionally, if I tried any online courses, they were typically Eastern time which meant I would have to be up at 4am my time in order to try and make it to the class and absorb information. ACI learning gave me access to all the certification courses I would ever want to take, and the best part is I can take them on my schedule whenever I want. Since using ACI learning, I've been able to obtain 5 different CompTIA certifications, and I have my eye on a whole lot more. **What do you dislike about ACI Learning [ITPro]?** There's almost nothing I dislike about ACI learning. It's a wonderful resource for getting to the information I need at a fairly good cost, allowing me to learn on my schedule. **What problems is ACI Learning [ITPro] solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me, it solves the issue of my schedule and time zone clashing with taking the certification courses I want to take. It also gives me the freedom to hop around between courses if I want/need. At my place of employment, certifications allow me to request raises and so I've been very happy using ACI learning. I would like add one more thing here: ACL respondes very swiftly to new technologies. When ChatGPT just came out, for instance, they already developed a suite of practices labs for security applications of ChatGPT. AuditPro has the same limitation.
