- Onboarding; Savannah has been amazing in helping us get up & running. We have scheduled 2 45 minute meetings with her already to get fully configured initially and she has been extremely helpful and patient - this really has been a gamechanger as most other companies are great pre sale but then leave you alone, Accumula has really differentiated here and I believe this will be reflected in retention of customers!!

The software has excellent customer support that is ready to help most of the users tackle all the problems they may encounter during the onboarding process. The platform has an amazing user interface that is friendly to most users making them easily navigate around it with ease as a low learning curve is required when operating the platform. I appreciate that Accumula saves me time and peace of mind, by updating inventory quantities in our brick and mortar store, and online. I no longer need to manually enter online sales into our POS - Accumula does it for us. It's easy to use. The onboarding team is responsive, helpful and eager to help you even with small problems. I wish there was a way to code Shopify Tips/Donations into Lightspeed. At the moment, it just shows as "No Product Found" in Lightspeed, which is the same message when a product on Shopify is not found in your Lightspeed store.
