Accord is great as it allows you to build a clear process with your prospect/buyer. It's also been excellent at helping us bring other stakeholders into the sales process, as we show 'we know what it takes to deliver the project' through this clarity.
Support has been fantastic throughout and the team are brill.

Accord is a clean and straightforward interface for sellers to work with customers. Mutual action plans have been around for a while, but they are seldom implemented well at a company level because the user interface for these tools has been wildly lacking. Making a tool reps love accord guarantees that companies can quickly roll out mutual action plans across their whole team. Engages customers during the implementation phase as they are reminded that Accord is the one stop shop to get:
- all resources during implementation (which were in many google sheets, docs, pdfs)
- latest target deadlines for key tasks (hard to manage followups through many emails)
- collaboration amongst the broader project team across several organizations

Love that it's a central destination for all the steps in our Sales process.
Our sales cycle is complex and requires multiple steps and lots of paperwork. This requires the cooperation of a lot of people and previously was the bane of my existence.

With Accord, transparency and collaboration are king during the B2B sales process. On the buyer side, it made it very clear who was responsible for following action, which allowed me and the vendor to collaborate efficiently and effectively throughout the entire process. On top of simple collaboration, the transparency in the process made it easy to communicate status with key stakeholders on the buyer side, as well as allowing me to raise issues to the seller quickly! I was able to use the tool during the early phases, so I would like to see the feature set continue to evolve to improve the ability to interact with the application easily. Accord can be a game-changer when working on working on proof of concepts or pilot's with customers. When using Accord and having fostered a strong relationship with a real champion who is bought in, Accord provides quite a bit of value when aligning on a date to work back from and all the items which need to be accomplished before that date. The functionality to assign folks to specific tasks allows you to take follow-up emails and action plans to the next level. Accord is a great way to map all the items that need to be accomplished, provide insights on these specific steps as well as an agenda. Getting my champions to actively engage in the Accord platform, has been a challenege for me. It would be great to go through best practices with someone who has repeatedly gotten their champion to use the platform for all next steps.
