I like the software. Easy to create playbooks for different situations and customer onboarding. The ability to assign specific task or even full sections of the playbook are helpful so that customers know who will be reaching out to them along with the status of the task if the onboarding process is lengthy. The inability to be a full white-label product. When inviting customers onto the Accord platform, it would be great if it could come from the business itself instead of Accord. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accord provides a fantastic space for mutual collaboration and action. It allows us to store all of our various documentation, best practices, tips and tricks, etc in one centralized place that makes our partners life easier. We love how we can also see when our publishers are interacting with the Accord - be it opening documents, completing tasks, or asking questions. Overall, Accord helped us to bring together disparate parts of our business into one easy to use process. Accord helps me organize my entire workflow of working with enterprise deals, from the initial discovery call to signing the contract. I'm relatively new to MAPs, but I can see that customers appreciate the clarity about the next steps and having one place where they can access all the resources they need.

Accord creates a space for myself and my customer to feel aligned and accountable with each other. Customers deeply appreciate the time and effort put into creating an actionable place for both parties to execute the plan ahead. By the time I am presenting an Accord, the customer and myself are on the same page and want the same end result. This puts us on the same side of the table.
So far, I have won every deal that I have collaborated in Accord with.
I love knowing that my customer can add steps and know that their process is clear and available to me as a rep. I publicly hold myself accountable for their steps, which is often a shock to the customer due to their experience working with sales teams. Accord genuinely changes how you sell, in the best way. There are still a few gaps in the scalability of the product. Additional admin functions will be a welcome addition.
