Accord has proven to be a simple yet powerful tool that makes selling to multiple stakeholders so much easier. Outside of the intuitiveness of the platform and the customer support, what matters most is that our BUYERS have enjoyed interacting with the platform. Not much to dislike, though we are early on in our usage of the tool. That said, the team at Accord has proven to be more than open to feedback, so I'm sure that if any issues did pop up, they would be given the attention they deserve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accord helps me stay organized with each of my deals, and helps me stay aligned with my prospects on next steps and due dates. The customers have given great feedback on the organization and support I am able to provide with a mutual action plan in place - and Accord helps make it easy to set this up. Sales deals are complex, there are a lot of moving parts and a lot of stakeholders internally and externally. Accord allows me to show my leadership team internally that I know how to get my deals across the finish line. Most importantly, I can provide my buyers a link to view the mutual action plan and stay aligned, and hold my buyers accountable with the next steps they have agreed upon. This also becomes a centralized place to house all the communication with buyers which solves a long email thread with attachments and the next steps lost in the shuffle. Accord is a great way to speed up your deal cycle by utilizing the features it does so well. Introducing clients to a mutual action plan through Accord has helped shift the focus of the meeting from a sales call to a consultation/project management check-in. Creates alignment and accountability on both sides with a shared space laying out actions remaining in a way:
1- that looks/feels way more professional than a google sheet

Accord makes it easy to create a collaborative and scalable sales and customer onboarding process with both internal and external stakeholders. We utilised this both externally and internally for example to coordinate RFP responses and submissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
